CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE COOKIES
2 package Pillsbury (refrigerator) chocolate chip cookies
2 (8 ounces) package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Soften cream cheese; add sugar and vanilla. Mix well until soft. Cut 1 package of chocolate chip cookies
into slices. Use a 9 x 12-inch pan, greased. Put a layer of cookies on bottom of pan (touching), pour the
cream cheese mixture over the cookies. Slice the second package of cookies. Put on top of cheese
mixture. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes. Cool. Cut in squares. Keep refrigerated. |
